This post is all about the best bullet journal supplies.
Bullet Journal Supplies
Now I have already written a post on ‘Must Have Bullet Journal Supplies’ where I list absolute favourites from the bullet journal community. If you want to check that out, click here.
As said before this post is for supplies you will use mostly every single time you make a bullet journal spread.
These bad boys have been a staple in the bullet journal community since I started journalling back in 2016! I bought my first pack in late 2016 and they JUST started running out on me.
They’re mostly used for drawing, lettering and outlining. Mostly every single one of my spreads contains a triplus fineliner. However, these are not good for colouring in so I wouldn’t attempt it.
Zebra Mildliners are highlighter gold. Wanna know why? They’re not actually highlighters, they have mid brightness so they’re actually quite mild. The mildliners come in around 20+ colours, each unique and sought after.
They are dual tip, with one end being a highlighter nib and the other a marker nib. I personally aboslutely love these pens and I use them everyday whether or not I am journalling.
If you are to purchase any highlighters, mildliners should be it!
If you do not have the hundreds of whatever your currency is to spend on Tombows, like me, I recommend just purchasing the black one. Why? It is the best dual brush pen. The marker nib is thick enough to title with and thin enough to make a border. The brush tip is also such high quality.
I use my tombow for headings and words I know I can calligraphy.
Want some more bullet journal inspo? Check these out:
Everyone who knows me knows how much I love these dual brush pens. Compared to Tombows they are super super cheap, around 20-30 bucks for a pack of 72!
The brush nib does frey after long periods of use but I find they are still usable.
I use these in mostly every single spread and I highly recommend them.
I don’t know why but this simple little tool is always overlooked. Granted sometimes I love to go freehand with my borders but in some spreads a ruler is a must. Save yourself from frantically trying to find something small and thin enough to use a ruler and just buy one!
I actually don’t have these stencils but I’ve seen them floating around and my gosh, they look amazing! You can save so much time and effort with these productivity stencils and quickly draw habit trackers, hexagons and more. They would definitely be a bullet journal supply that you use frequently!
There we have it! That was the 6 best must have bullet journal supplies that you will actually use!

If you are not into the whole hearts and flowers for February, this purple geode theme is perfect and quite simple to draw. The good thing about geodes is that they can be any shape you like and can be easily coloured in.
Simple colour most of the geode in the lighter colour and then use the darker to outline one side!
This february bullet journal cover minimalist is so simple and easy to recreate! Ocean Drawings used Sakura fineliners to outline the clouds and the heading, then used a grey Crayola Supertip to outline the clouds here and there in an ode to Winter!
I love a lavender theme for February time, not only is it quite romantic but it also signifies the start of spring time! I know February is still winter however, March is spring so no one minds having lavender for February!

January Bullet Journal Cover Ideas
Even if you are not a new year, new me person- you are a New Year, New Bullet Journal person! Or if you are not Type A you might be starting your January monthly spreads in the middle of a bullet journal you started 6 months a go (I do not know how you do this!)
Luckily below, you are going to see so many beautiful January bullet journal cover ideas you can use to set your monthly theme around.
I don’t know why but I love having people on cover pages. It is way beyond my artistic abilities to do something like this but if you can I highly recommend a little self portrait for the beginning of January! To do that the below brush pens are so good and I literally use them everyday!
If you are looking for an easy January bullet journal cover idea- this is the spread for you!! This spread is right up my street as all you really need is a fineliner and a marker for the header! If you are not too great with cursive I still think the heading will look fantastic in any font!
How gorgeous is this constellation spread from b.bulletjournal? I LOVE IT! I am a huge space nerd so this idea is probably one of my favourite january bullet journal cover ideas to do! I love the look the silver metallic marker has as a title. Overall I don’t think you can do much wrong with a cover like this! It also means the rest of your month can be quite simple too with constellations etc.
Now if you are looking for a super simple january bullet journal cover idea, I do not think you can get anymore simpler than this! Studyclinic, simple wrote their title and stuck somebeautiful winter washi tapeunderneath to complete the spread.
You can never go wrong with florals as they suit all seasons and colour palettes. This spread from Amanda is a very simple January bullet journal cover ideas and you can see the colour palette is geared to Winter but you can easily change it for any season going forward! To do this Amanda used Crayola Supertips which are AMAZING!
I love this Chinese New Year Spread! It’s really lovely to acknowledge holidays and special ocassions in your bullet journal because it makes your bullet journal yours.
This is giving Great Gatsby, art deco, let’s celebrate, party vibes and I love it!
So get out your markers and celebrate the new years in whatever colour scheme you would like!
Annie used some Tombow brush pens for this spread which are super good but also pretty expensive. Another great alternative for Tombow’s are these Hethrone dual brush pens (I SWEAR by these!)
How cute (and complicated) does this look!? Thinking about it this is a bunch of lines going in all different directions to create a bear… insane! It also looks like it was made with just a regular black biro, so I guess none of us have an excuse not to be able to do this.
Kia did such a great job with this camera bullet journal spread! If you have an interest in photography or keeping polaroids this is a great january bullet journal cover ideas.
One thig you can do is actually stick your own polaroids on the left to personalise your bullet journal even more!
Another stunning January bullet journal cover ideas! Combining constelations, the moon, and stars, this spread is hinting at the start of something new (the new year, i’m guessing lol).
There was a time that the art deco style was all the rage in bullet journaling and I totally see why. I love the gold and silver this era bought. You cannot really go wrong with the shapes, lines, and dots, so all of us can do it.
Definitely pick up some gold/ silver metallic markers as I don’t think these spreads work as well without them!
Another fun floral bullet journal spread idea. The flowers on this spread are a bit more complicated than the ones on the spread above but are super pretty!
The Most Simple January Bullet Journal Spread Ideas
Now when we said simple cover idea, i don’t think we can get anymore simpler than this! Just grab a marker and get to drawing severe straight lines!
This Book Theme!
For all of us bookish lovers, this vintage style january bullet journal cover is so lovely! If you are looking to get all the different thickness in your markers, my absolute favourite and those that have been used here are the Sakura Pigma Micron Fineliners! You will use them literally everyday!
If you’re like me and are obsessed with space and stars and all things ‘this is going to make me have an existential crisis,’ this looks fairly straight forward. Grab your fineliners and markers and get drawing some circles and stars.
Cafes in winter are always a good idea. If you enjoy a nice hot drink on a blistering cold day, this January bullet journal cover ideas is complicated but perfect for you.
I’m in love with this January bullet journal cover ideas! The lightbulbs and the stars give off such a warmth to the page and make the month seem super exciting!

I started bullet journalling all the way back in 2016, which is crazy, and I now share bullet journaling ideas, and tips and tricks to help beginners and all other levels with their bullet journals.
This post is going to go step by step, from your first page to the beginnings of your monthly and weekly layouts, to all different list and tracker ideas. This is truly the perfect guide on how to start a bullet journal for beginners!
So get out your journal and your supplies, save this post for future reference, and let’s get into how to start your bullet journal so it is you best planner yet!
This post is all about how to start a bullet journal!
What Makes a Bullet Journal Different To A Planner?
Now bullet journaling is something you need to stick with for it to really work. Traditionally a bullet journal is a personalised planner that you can make yours. It is different to your traditional planner because you can customise it however you would like.
The original bullet journal key system focused on lists- read more about it here. What I am going to show you in the post is what bullet journaling has developed into: weeklies, monthlies, lists and a few more bits.
And remember you can make your journal as simple or as artsy as you like!
Benefits of a Bullet Journal – Why Should You Start
There are many advantages to having a bullet journal and here they are:
1. Organisation
Bullet journaling can keep you so organised as you can create a page for anything and in any way you like for you and your system.
2. Creativity
Journaling is magical creative outlet. You can let your creativity run free and make any spread you would like! This post is going to give you a bunch of bullet journal ideas that can help spark your creativity
3. Get It Done
When you physically write things down, you are more likely to accomplish what you need to do. Apparently, writing in blue pen also helps you remember your to-do list. Having a physical list of to-dos and goals also holds you accountable so you’re more likely to do them.
4. Sentimentality
As bullet journals are what you make of them, you can keep yours as a memory keepsake forever. I have kept all of mine as they are a great way to see what you were doing a few years a go!
How To Start A Bullet Journal
I am splitting this post up into two sections: bullet journal essentials and general bullet journal layout and bullet journal examples
For this post, I have decided to make it as easy as possible to follow. I will therefore not be showing any crazy layout ideas or very artistic bullet journal spreads. But please don’t fret, this post is going to contain so much bullet journal inspiration and bullet journal spread ideas to help you on how to start a bullet journal.
It can be quite daunting starting something new and thinking you are unprepared so you never actually start it. It’s the same with bullet journalling. However, with bullet journalling you only really NEED a journal and a pen; it’s what you do with them that makes a bullet journal. Having said that, bullet journaling has taken considerable steps up in terms of essentials and basics.
Here are my essential ‘How to Start a Bullet Journal Supplies’ – and thankfully these will not break your bank account!
I have used many brands of bullet journals and from the five brands that I have used I recommend Leuchtturm1917 and Scribbles That Matter.
Both come with over 150 pages. The main difference between the two, for me, is the colour of the pages. The Leuchtturm has ivory pages with darker dot-grid, whereas STM has brighter pages with lighter dot-grid.
Out of the two, my favourite is the STM journal! Yes, it has less pages than the Leuchtturm but the brighter pages is a winner for me.
Please don’t think you need ALOT of money on the tombow dual brush pens right off of the bat, you really do not. Here are some great pens I use and they are all very affordable and great quality!
Everyone who knows me and reads my bullet journal posts knows how much I love my Hethrone Dual Brush pens. I cannot and will not stop talking about these brush pens. For such an amazing price you get a great quality brush pen (well 72 of them!)
I cannot rave enough about the brilliance that is the Sakura Sigma Micron fineliner pens. These pens are used across the board: from artists, to students, to me! They come in various nib sizes and are instrumental in every single spread I ever make- even for my university notes!
As per absolute essentials, these are what will get you buy for a few months until you get a bit more comfortable in your style/ bullet journal needs.
Bullet Journal Order and Bullet Journal Spread Ideas
For ease of use and to bring up the less confusion, I am going to show you the bullet journal spread ideas in a traditional bullet journal order.
1. Bullet Journal Index
An index is something everybody starts but hardly anyone finishes. To tell you the truth, I only used my index for about three months in my first bujo and I have not used it since. However most bullet journals come with an index right at the beginning so thats usually the first page!
2. Bullet Journal Key
After an index you should put the key. The bullet journal key is what you use for your to-do lists. This comes straight after the index on a blank page.
3. Bullet Journal Title Page
Next up we have the ‘start’ of your journal; the title page. This can be as simple or as complex as you would like. As you can see both options are great.

The next few sections before monthly and weekly spreads is completely optional and you do not need to have trackers and collection pages. However, they are great things to put into your journal to help you stay organised and ontop of things.
Want some more bullet journal ideas? Check these out:
These are grouped together topics you can track in your bullet journal such as, books read, mood tracker, exercise tracker, savings trackers and, social media trackers. I have a few examples of these below!
The point of yearly trackers is that you can constantly refer to them over the year and track your progress in a certain area. I love using my mood tracker just to see how I have felt throughout the year; its so cool!
6. Miscellaneous
After some of your yearly trackers, it is great to put in some collection and goal pages. These can include: quaterly goals, yearly goals, series to watch, a master shopping list. This list is endless. These are put in your journal to keep you organised. Here are a few visual examples:
It is very beneficial to introduce some sort of introduction page to a new month in your journal as it allows for easy compartmentalisation and keeps you organised.
Monthly and weekly spreads might possibly be the best organisation tool in your bullet journal. These spreads are THE spreads where you look at every single day. Here are few examples, with great organisation layouts:
Again, these spreads are all about trial and error, trial and error and more trial and error. Don’t be put off if you do not find the spread that works for you first go. Take what you did find helpful and implement it in the following week’s spread!

We’re getting money savvy this by showing you the best savings tracker bullet journal ideas for you to copy!
This is the year we grab hold of our lives and start saving some much needed money. I love bullet journaling and I also love saving money, this post is combining two by using your bullet journal to help save you money. Using savings tracker bullet journal spreads, I have managed to save SO much more money than I would have if I did not use these journal savings trackers.
These bullet journal money spread ideas range from simple to artsy but nevertheless, will help you save so much!
This post is all about Savings Tracker Bullet Journal Ideas.
A savings tracker is simply that, a tracker for your savings. A savings tracker bullet journal edition is placing this savings tracker into your journal. They can be as easy or as simple as you want. You can have one savings goal, or you can have many, it really is up to you. You chose your goal, your saving segments, everything.
This post is going to give you a bunch of saving tracker bullet journal ideas to help you figure out what you would like!
Savings Tracker Bullet Journal Ideas
Whether you would like a simple bullet journal savings tracker, to save for one goal, or to save for many goals, these money saving trackers will be just for you!
First up, we have this beautiful savings tracker from Mint Notion! If you are saving up for multiple things, this tacker is perfect! The satisfaction of colouring in each circle will be unmatched. Mint Notion used colouring pencils for this but you can also use markers!
How cute is this spread? This is probably one of my favourite savings tracker bullet journal spread ideas. I love the fact that it uses orange slices and paperclip aeroplanes- it makes it so personalisable. Now I don’t know if Florida is associated with oranges, but it would be such a good idea if you use something from the place you are going to to track the amounts.
I would keep it simple because it would be difficult to draw so many and also colour so many in.
The goal for this saving tracker is to save the value of the week. For example, week 1 you save £1, week 45 you save £45/ However if you would like to make this a bit more interesting, you can pick a random square each week and save that amount.
How creative is this bee spread? I love using hexagons in my trackers so this seems right up my street! Moreover, if you are bored of constantly using grids of circles, try this design, it may motivate you even more!
If you are saving for multiple goals, this savings tracker bullet journal from mint notion is perfect! It requires zero artistic ability and zero colour! Really all you need is a pen and a ruler.
One thing I would recommend with this is a key to say what each block’s monetary value is. You can see something similar in our Savings Tracker printables in our shop here. This makes everything more clearer and makes sure you do not forget your goal and how much you have saved!
8. A Craft Paper Stand Out Savings Tracker!
Am I the only one drooling at this craft paper journal!? It’s so hard to find one and to be honest, I do not recommend one as you may get sick of it. Instead, I would highly recommend grabbing a pack of craft paper instead that you can use for multiple things.
How cool is this Dave Ramsey inspired spread? You can use a variety of mediums in this spread as above. You can use some flow charts, some tables, and some graphs- whatever floats your boat!
10. This Piggy Bank Savings Tracker
In addition to a physical piggy bank, this drawn one can work just as well as you save money online. Grab yourself some pencils and make sure you have a scale on the side to help you!
11. This Cute ‘UP’ Theme Savings Tracker Bullet Journal Idea
Lastly, this UP themed savings tracker bullet journal spread seems absolutely genius! I love the creativity of using each balloon being a milestone in your savings journey. It will be so lovely to have each balloon coloured in as you go along- honestly, this will make me so excited to save!
That was 11 BEST Savings Tracker Bullet Journal ideas for you to copy!

Here are some absolutely beautiful Christmas December bullet journal ideas ranging from super simple, I can do this in 20 minutes, to okay, I have been transported to a winter wonderland!
I see this spread and feel so happy because it reminds me of driving home and being all cosy! I think the trickiest part of this (aside from the title) would actually be the Christmas tree, so if you are going to recreate this spread, maybe twist your journal around instead of attempting to draw a sideways Christmas tree!
Want to recreate this spread? Kim used someCrayola Supertips and how awesome does it look? I also love the little reindeer paperclip.
I am obsessed with this Christmas cover idea, not only because I love Christmas gonks but because it is actually super simple to recreate! I actually think the hardest decision will be what pattern/ colours to use!
Want to recreate this exact spread? Tory used some Tombow brush pens and how awesome does it look?
What an absolute beautiful wreath from PaperyThoughts! If you love line work and have the patience ad artistic ability to be able to make a wreath without giving up, this christmas bullet journal idea is seriously cute. I can imagine this with a super simplistic theme throughout the month, as well as a super colourful one! Nevertheless, this December cover idea is gorgeous.

This Christmas bullet journal idea spread from Charlotte looks good enough to be on a Christmas card! I am obsessed with the ribbon and the pairing of two PINK candy canes – just great!
Christmas Bauble Cover Idea
I cannot get over how cute this Christmas cover idea is! Not only is it actually super simple but you can customise it however you would like. The doodles are fairly simple and you can change up the colours to fit whatever these you would like.
The use of washi-tape also allows more page space to be covered, so no heavy artistic ability is required!
Now if you are leaning into more of the simple christmas bullet journal ideas, this is the cover for you! You only need three colours, but thinking about it, you can totally just go monochromatic with black and white.
One thing I do highly recommend for this post is a set of black fineliners! These Micron pens are amazing and come in 6 different thicknesses so you do the title, the wire, and the lights with on set of pens!
Am I the only one getting some Hansel and Gretel vibes (and a bit hungry)? This Christmas cover idea has so much potential for personalisation! If Christmas is a time in which you bake gingerbread buscuits/ make houses, why not show what you did on this cover page?
Recreate this spread with some Tombows or a cheaper alternative. I love using my Hethrone dual brush pens so I highly recommend them!
As simple as simple christmas bullet journal ideas go, this wreath is super simple. With a repeating geometric leaf shape and a bow, well that is all you need! You can also use some felt markers (three to be exact) to decorate this spread.
Overall, i think this is just cute and a must copy for those of us who are less artistic but still want some doodles in our journal!
Easy Christmas Bullet Journal Ideas!
These GORGEOUS Abstract Christmas Trees
Talking about easy Christmas bullet journal ideas, I am in absolute awe of this double December cover page! It’s so simple, like all you need to do is squiggles, yet it is so effective! You can immediately tell there are christmas trees, and you can add as many/ few as you would like. I would personally take some away and just focus on having bigger ones, but hey it is your journal, you gotta do what you want!
For you crocheters/ embroiders/ sewers out there, this may be one for you! The hoop itself is simple to do and you can add whatever you would like to the inside of the hoop to make it as festive as you would like!
PS. if you struggle drawing circles, these stencils are amazing!
Right, are we staring at a Christmas bullet journal idea or an actual image of a winter wonderland? This is definitely for those of you who like to add watercolour to your journal!
SOME SUPPLIES YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE THESE SPREADS:
Looking for a cover page that is a bit more sophisticated? This may be for you! I love the idea of ribbons, and I like the addition of the Christmas flowers – super lovely and festive!

Christmas Bullet Journal Ideas Calendar
How festive is this monthly spread!? I love the browns and then the splash of green and red in the wreath and gifts. The little cafe/ Christmas sticker make this one of my favourite Christmas bullet journal ideas ever!
Want to recreate these spreads? Here’s what you need:
This spread is super easy to recreate! Using the Holly as a background with boxes infront allow your days to stand out clearly. Also, how cute is the title for the week? I love ‘bolding’ the first side of every letter- its so easy and yet really effective!
I love this gingerbread monthly theme! Using some Crayola Supertips, bujoforstars did a brilliant job on this monthly spread.
Christmas Tree Monthly
Now this is a very cute christmas bullet journal ideas! Seriously, I am in LOVE! The washi-tape, the greens, the trees, the christmas trees, all so cute! I don’t think there is anything on this festive spread that I do not like!
If you are looking for a simple Christmas bullet journal ideas calendar, I don’t think you can get any more simpler that this! The lights are so cute and can be changed in colour to fit your theme!
Moving on from the more simple Christmas calendar above, this december calendar is showing super pretty red-themed ornaments! I love this theme from Plinthced! If you want to recreate this monthly cover, definitely check out this gold metallic pen to add an extra dimension to your spreads.
Amber did such a good job with creating this cosy Christmas aesthetic as her monthly dashboard! If you want to make it more personal, print out your own photos 🙂
BujoByDani did a great job using craft paper in this spread and I am loving it! The craft paper adds so much dimension to this Christmas bullet journal spread, as you can sort of open the ‘gift’ and see what you are doing that day on your countdown to Christmas!
A Bauble A Day
This is such a cool idea! Again the baubles are so personalisable and you can have a different bauble for each day or different colours etc.
A Dutch Christmas!
I would personally love to bring back the Dutch door just for this spread!

Growing up in the UK, fairy bread was a staple in primary (elementary) school. This super simple recipe involves a slice of bread, butter and hundred of thousands sprinkled on top. Voila, a culinary masterpiece.
Using a black Tombow (one of the best blacks ever!) Kiara was able to make a deep space heading in her bullet journal. The little space doodles are stunning. The star sign constellation is also a cool and personal touch.
Thuy has created this awesome bullet journal spread with a nod to the 90s. We have tamagotchis, rubic cubes, and rollerskates, what more could you want?
How does Tory make drawing a truck seem so easy? The pumpkins are adorable, too. As always, I think the kraft paper heading is a great addition to the November bullet journal cover page!
This floral border heading by Dani is so lovely. What is great about this spread is that you can change up the flowers and colours to whatever suits your vibe.
29. November Bullet Journal Cover Doodles Floral Garden
Another floral post but an entirely different vibe. These bright and bold florals are perfect for November. The deep blues, autumnal yellows and blush pinks are perfect colour pairs.
LOVE a good teapot cover page. The floral patterns on the teapot and cup and saucer are so cute. Thuy said it reminds her of Beauty and the Beast and I would have to agree.
Is anyone else in love with this colour combination? The different geometric shapes and patterns really compliment eachother and overall look great in a November bullet journal cover page!
This post is giving you some totally spooktacular (and falltastic) October bullet journal covers for you to use!

This post is all about October Bullet Journal Cover Ideas
What Is A Bullet Journal?
A bullet journal is a DIY planner that you make to suit your needs. The whole point is that it follows a ‘bullet’ system when it comes to to-do lists that helps you easily take track of your lists. Over the years, bullet journalling has evolved into something more. You can make your journal as artsy or as minimalist as you want; it’s all good as long as it keeps you organised.
If you are yet to start a bullet journal or are looking to get more seriously into journalling, I 100% recommend a STM journal. The pages are super thick and white on these and they come in a range of colours.
I will not shut up about these markers, and there’s a reason. For the price point, these dual tip markers are phenomenal. Within this pack you also get a great selection of oranges and browns that can be used in a variety of spreads.
Before jumping into the cover ideas, let’s look at the bullet journal themes you can follow for the month of September:
Halloween
Autumn
Pumpkins
Harry Potter
Coffee – we have a whole post on some coffee ideas here!
All things SPOOKY
October Bullet Journal Cover Ideas
As per all of our bullet journal inspo posts, no matter your artistic ability, there is plenty of October bullet journal cover page ideas in here to suit what you can do.
We’re starting off strong with this gorgeous moon phase cover spread. I am obsessed with the moon phases, the hands, the stars, the lettering… it’s all just absolutely perfect for both Halloween and October!
Getting into pumpkin territory now with this dark pumpkin patch spread. The eariness of this spread is great for Halloween as it combines spookiness, graveyards and some thorns.
This abstract October bullet journal cover spread is the embodiement of fall. We have the very warm tones of autumn leaves and the greys of the clouds. This is a lovely spread if you are looking for something different, away from the traditional October bullet journal themes.
I don’t know about you but whenever I see green slime I automatically think of Nickelodeon (and so I think of Drake and Josh and Keenan and Kel #notcomplaining.) The snot slimey radioactive green colour paired with the black cobwebs and bats is a Halloween signature.
Also the lettering on this is insane!
Definitely try something like this out – especially the cobwebs, they are SO cool!
So many cute Halloween Mickeys, I am finding it so hard to pick my favourite! This spread from Chloe is super cute and something I recommend every Disney fan should try.
This simple October bullet journal cover from Emma is so pretty and effective. This is great if you just want something nice, simple yet quite spooky and autumnal!
Kathy’s spread is SO gorgeous. The falling leaves are so pretty and the autumnal yellows and reds are great for the fall season. The lettering is also cute and suits the spread well.
Kayla has made this ghost look so cool, like I am jealous of a ghost 😂. This spread is great because it combines both ghosts for Halloween and barley and brown tones for October!
This October cover spread gives off major Harry Potter Womping Willow vibes and I am here for it. If you want to create somethings similar, definitely check out the Sakura Micron pens, perfect for all drawing, writing, and lettering.
Another stunning autumnal wreath to try in your bullet journal. This wreath is probably much more simple to recreate than the other wreath. What’s lovely about this one is the cute little ghosts and spiders, and you can also change up the colours.
I love Temi’s use of different mediums in this spread. She used kraft paper (from another bullet journal) and stuck it in on this journal and used some white gelly roll pens to go over the kraft paper.
This bouquet idea is so great. The flowers in the bouquet can be swapped in terms of flower type and colours to whatever you like. You can make them as big/ small as you like.
The attention to detail in this spread is great, with the additions of the little apples and mushrooms.
15. Black and White Simple October Bullet Journal Cover Florals
The suns may not suggest autumn but its not autumn everywhere in the world is it? The yellows/ oranges are perfect for autumn/ spring. Dani has done a great job combining two seasons in this spread.
Also, how cute would this be if the suns were clouds/ coffee cups etc.
As a reader, this october bullet journal cover is perfect. Just from one short glance you get cosy vibes, reading by the fire on a cold night. The collage aspect is awesome and adds so much to your journal. The best thing about this is that you can go all on out and layer whatever you would like onto this collage.
If you do not want the usual pumpkins/ spiders etc for Halloween, this skull cover is a genius idea! I like how Vero gave it a Day of the Dead feel; it’s very beautiful.
Another stunning moon phase bullet journal cover. However this time, it’s in a black bullet journal with some gold and white pens. This is truly beautiful and I highly recommend you try this if you have a black journal!
This October bullet journal cover by Eunice is dedicated to rainy days sitting inside a cafe drinking some hot tea/ coffee. This idea is so cute and definitely worth recreating if you are not into the whole Halloween spreads.

If you are looking for something super simple and cute, this spread is the one for you. This plant shelf is so lovely and personalisable. You can switch up the plants, and the pot colours to make it suit your theme. Definitely recreate this easy October bullet journal cover!
Thuy has hit it out of the park with this October cover spread. I love the combination of all of the mystical elements like the tarot cards, the snake, and the little potion bottles. What’s great about this spread is that she also tied in the season by drawing little mushrooms and autumn florals!
I know that September is technically the start of Autumn but it is in October when things start to get really cold and the sea turns WAVEY. Make an ode to thunderstorms and wavey choppy weather with a great sea themed October bullet journal cover page.
Who says romantic spreads are just for February? Using a picture of the characters from Your Name Gin made a great pink and purple tone spread. I also love the addition of scrap paper and the lettering!

In this post you are in for a sweet treat (get it?) with my September Bullet Journal Set Up – which is a cute cafe theme.
It’s September time; time for jumpers, rain and hot drinks. Following my Fall Bullet Journal Theme Ideas and my September Bullet Journal Cover Theme Ideas, I was inspired to do a hot drink theme, mainly tea and coffee- which I drink in the cup fulls. The great thing about having these posts as inspiration is that you never know how your theme is going to end up.
Furthermore, being a very average drawer means I have to be a bit more creative in what I draw to make it look as artistic as possible. I am quite happy with how this month turned out; I finally used coloured pencils in my journal (which I have not used for years!) There was limited in my colour selection but it turned out great!
Using one on my most favourite mugs for inspiration (you can see it in the photos) I created my September cover. I am not loving this title page but it could be way worse lol. I decided on the brown borders way after finishing this spread which is why it looks like a last minute addition.
Next up is my dashboard. On my dashboard I always have my blogging stats and my reading stats, which is what I use this journal for. I used these little illustrations to help me because I was absolutely awful at drawing disposable coffee cups. Here are the little illustrations I used:

This post is sharing with you my August Bullet Journal Set Up, which is a colourful space theme!
Hello! It’s that time of the month again. Yes, you’ve read the title, I am sharing my bullet journal set up for August today. As mentioned in my previous bujo post I really wanted to stray away from the summer themes so I decided to go with a Space theme! I had been wanting to make a space theme for so long but I always thought that I was not artistic enough. Boy was I wrong because I love how it turned out.
I am absolutely obsessed with this cover. The colours, the planets, the lettering; I love it all. I used two pictures from my August Bujo Cover ideas post and combined them together, with a few of my own ideas, to create this. This is, hands down, my best cover yet (even better than March’s and April’s!)
I loved how this August bullet journal set up turned out. The Zebra Mildliners have absolutely zero bleed-through and are easy to draw over and colour with. I particularly like the borders on each page, made with the Staedtler fineliner as it gives the spreads a more professional feel.
Overall I am really obsessed with this space bullet journal theme and i believe it can be used for any sort of journal! You can make it a more minimalist spave bullet journal theme or you can add more stars and planets to make it more aesthetic.

Thats a wrap! I say this every time, but this is my best monthly theme yet! Having wanting to do a space theme for quite a while, I am so happy at how this has turned out. I’d love to see your August Bullet Journal Set Up, so please link it below!
