What’s in The Daily To Do List Template
I’ve put so much thought into this daily to do list printable, and after using it digitally for a couple of weeks now, I can safely say this is one of the best to do list printables I have ever used.
What do we have in the template?
- Space for the date
- Space for the daily main goal
- To do list for up to ten items
- Timeline from 6am-6pm
- Mood/ space to write about your day
All of that on one sheet of paper! I typically use this printable in conjuction with my weekly planner (which is a week to a page) so when a day is busier than usual/ I have loads of meetings, this is when I pull up this sheet.
So if you have appointment based days/ loads to do in the day, this free printable to do list is PERFECT for your day to day life.

How To Use Daily To Do List
Below you can see an example of how I utilise this awesome pdf. This printable is one of those planner inserts where you don’t realise how good it actually is until you start using it. The time block is so helpful on days where I have tasks due at a certain time or have calls I need to block out hours for.
At first I worried that I didn’t have enough to-do list space but have found I don’t write down meaningless tasks, instead I get things done that need to be done!
Like I know I am being seriously ‘oh my god, my product is amazing,’ but I wouldn’t be sharing it with you if it wasn’t :D. If you are a student at university or are still in school this would be a perfect study printable for you, too.
